I bought the wrong item?
Any incorrect orders processed through insulationpads.co.uk are subject to a 30% restocking fee and the customer / buyer must pay the return carriage. Any returns must be processed within 30 days of the order.
Incorrect or Damaged Items?
Have you received the incorrect order or your items have been damaged in transit? Insulationpads.co.uk will replace the item for you as long as the damaged items were marked as damaged on delivery or within 24 hours of receiving your order.
How do i receive my refund?
All refunds will be sent to the account in which the original payment was processed from.
